I had a lovely experience at this hotel during my stay in Goa. The front desk staff, especially Miss Priyanka and Miss Sunita, were incredibly polite and made us feel welcome right from the start. However, while they were attentive, some service aspects were affected by the overwhelming presence of large groups of guests that sometimes took over dining areas. The room we initially received wasn't ideal because it was on the ground floor with a view that left much to be desired. Overall, the staff and their warm nature were definitely the highlight of my stay, despite a few hiccups.
